Mr Peter Kirsanow wrote a letter to the president and to the congressional Black Caucus that if we issue millions of work permits to low-wage immigrant workers, it will devastate the black community.
President is likely to take executive action after the mid November elections and it is believed that he will grant permanent work permits to millions of undocumented immigrants.
The Department of Homeland Security issued a draft contract last week asking for the contract to cover ‘Surge’ in demand for Green cards.
Mr Kirsanow has urged Obama to forgo his executive order as it would depress wages for Black American workers.
