It was very easy to use and the Civil Surgeon office was very efficient
The website was very helpful to me except that I wish the customer service had given me notice of my change of schedule earlier instead of knowing it the day itself. I had to call to remind them to send me the address & other details of the clinic. Considering the time constraints, everything went well with my medical exam.
