\"21April\"<\/a> The Obama government faced a major challenge on Friday in getting a conservative-aligned appeals court to do away with the freeze placed on the President\u2019s executive actions on immigration reforms.<\/p>\n

This proved to be a critical test for the measures proposed by the President on November 20, 2014, which were further endangered by a lawsuit brought about by Texas and the 25 other states which had joined it.<\/p>\n

The Court\u2019s decision will directly affect the 4 million undocumented immigrants, as this decision will impact the situation of whether the immigrants have to wait several weeks or months before they know if they can get protection from getting deported.<\/p>\n

Hundreds of family members and demonstrators from all over the country gathered outside the courthouse to join hands for millions of undocumented families that would be most likely to qualify for deportation relief and also get access to a temporary work permit in the USA.<\/p>\n

There were sounds of music-drums, bells and chants being heard outside of the courtroom where attorneys from each side were given an hour to raise their arguments \u2013 a time considered very long for a motion such as this.<\/p>\n
