\"20April\"<\/a> A federal appeals court seemed as if it was divided over President Obama\u2019s government\u2019s appeal to lift a lower court order that was blocking the administration from executing the President\u2019s executive actions in order to protect unlawful immigrants from getting deported and trying to grant them work permits.<\/p>\n

An oral discussion lasted for almost 2 and half hours \u2013 exceeding the decided 2 hour session. During this session a 3 panel involving 3 judges from the U S Court of Appeals discusses with lawyers from the Justice Department and the state of Texas over whether President Obama acted within his rights when he singularly put into place the new border-control policies last a fall.<\/p>\n

A representative of Justice argued that a judge from a federal court from Texas had committed an error in February when he put an end to Obama\u2019s deferred action program as there are deliberations going over a lawsuit that was filed by the state of Texas and 25 other states. President Obama\u2019s administration has made an appeal against the Judge\u2019s injunction, and is asking the court to bring a stay to the order, with the hope that agencies can start enrolling immigrants in a deferred action program.<\/p>\n
